lol. Erin is a great addition ~ also, Andy might be my favorite character. (Pam was awesomely badass when she found out about Michael and her mom though.)
Today was sweet, not over yet, but I'm taking a lil break as everyone watches Pitt vs Notre Dame... I cannot do school work though. Not even trying. Ahhhhhh.

In honor of NANOWRIMO (which I've discovered I LOVE to say outloud), I wanted to do some kind of artsy month-long project. But, I suck, and split my time equally between: schooling, working, and doing anything ~but~ those first two things. So, you'd think November drawing project could fall into the last category, but most of that time is dedicated to showering, sleeping, eating, shopping, some drinking, The Office, and facebook. Lame.
Anywho, I wanted to at the very least do a doodle-a-day, figuring I do enough in-class doodling to make it work.. but I'm already three days behind, so HERE I POST every school doodle from the past three weeks. And, some dogs.

little ball of anxiety in my stomach for IDK WHY! In fact I should be content, I'm caught up with my school work and have an easy week, and I'm (finally) going home for an easy weekend. Baaaah.
I read The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien for my Creative Writing class and I want to recommend it. It's about the Vietnam War, but almost more than that I think it's about stories.. really good.
Been having good dreams lately, if not good at least weird/vivid/interesting, and I got a fortune from a fortune cookie last week that said my dreams are never silly, depend on them. If I depend on my recent dreams though, I am sexually attracted to my very gay, very not-sexually-attractive-to-me friend, my boss Ray is a Nintendo character, and I am one day going to have to mercilessly beat off an attacker (i've had this dream before and it's scary!!! this one could actually happen but i hope hope hope that it doesn't).

Putting off studying, i finished ACE
Also I have accomplished this weekend:
- returned that shirt that never fit me
- filled out a job application
- wrote my cover letter for the Pittsburgh Zoo internship
- did my homework
- did laundry! I have socks!
- filed FAFSA
This is a surprising amount for a weekend. I usually get negative things done somehow.

The dog only has three legs, but the monkey has two belly buttons, so there is some kind of balance?
Wasn't a very Christmassy Christmas this year, but it wasn't unpleasant.. break has been (as expected) REALLY AND VERY EXTREMELY uneventful. I watched House Bunny (highly anticipated, somewhat disappointing in the laffs dept) and last night Slumdog Millionaire which I thought was perty cool. In the middle of Baby Mama right now, probably highlier anticipated than House Bunny and also not that funny. I think in my heart of hearts I already knew this when I saw the trailers.
cat says hi, my mom has been threatening to get rid of her since I moved out - apparently she is needy, too furry, too noisy, and impossible to make happy? Well I did raise her from a tiny kittenbean. I think that her being completely unbearable gives her character. Anyway she's nice when I'm around.
UMMMM. Heralding in the New Year in the Town of Doyles! Oh and I finally put together a resume so I can start applying for internships. new years resolution: make great strides into my future!! hurrah! what?

UGH!! Can somebody help me? In one of my classes we were asked to make a Javascript function that takes two numbers and determines which is greater. Here is what I've got:

It works fine until you try to enter numbers with more than one digit. It tells me 9 is greater than 100000000000 jillion. WRONG, SCRIPTY JAVA THING. Is it because it's not reading the inputs as strings? Or numbers? I've tried a few different methods of converting what is entered into "REAL LIVE NUMBERS" but nothing is working and I am frustrated and I didn't want to have to come to Live Journal for help, but my teacher is being a mystical Rafiki-type and won't give me answers. >:| CORRECTION, I KNOW YOUR FATHER

To sum up today, from a message I sent a friend: In a moment of despair, I thought: it's Wednesday, almost Thursday.. and it's ok to let loose on Thursdays, because it's basically Friday, so why not Wednesday? That's not so irresponsible. I will do that. And then I realized it was only Tuesday. UGGGGGH
